Jamko Hostel Landlord in Court Over Chuka University Student Rape Case

It's so obnoxious, Landlord!

A landlord, a Mr. James alias Jamko or Jasho, was today, 21/11/2017 arraigned in court over a rape case. He The hearing began at 8.00 am. The accused denied the claims and he is currently detained at Chuka Police station until the next hearing date-24/11/2017.

According to the complainant and the Witnesses, the accused Mr. James visited the hostel at around 3.40 am on the night of the incident. Knocked at the lady's (Comrade) door saying he wanted to check how many people are spending in that room. The lady opened the door for him and then he started the touching her. the lady kept complaining. He forced his way, the struggle continued before the neighbours came to her rescue.  She was rushed to the Hospital later in the morning. 

It will be so unfortunate if such an act is not acted upon. But who really knows what transpired between the two parties? This same question has risen among the comrades who have thought twice before taking the law into their hands. Who will answer this question? Meanwhile, justice must take its course.

News going around is that it was  evident with the medical tests that indeed it was a forced penetration which could be an evidence of rape.
